Bulin 47 Dame Hombro Trend
A fan with a speaker, a freestyle outside a restaurant, 65 million-plus views.
Post it today. Everyone gets it, nobody's tired of it.
The Bulin 47 Dame Hombro trend comes from a street freestyle: outside a restaurant in Spain, creator Kevin Wai stopped Dominican dembow artist Bulin 47 with a portable speaker, and Bulin answered with rhymes and a dance. The Dame Hombro clip spread in early October 2026, passing 65 million views on its original Instagram post, and AI face-swaps put footballers and other famous faces into Bulin's moves. The official Dame Hombro song came out on October 7.
Who's in it?
What does Bulin 47 Dame Hombro Trend mean?
Dame Hombro literally means "give me shoulder." In Spanish, lending someone your shoulder means backing them up, and mymy reads the song that way: a young man with a speaker asks a star to play along, and the star does. Posting Dame Hombro is a hype move that says you owned the moment, even on a sidewalk.
Most Dame Hombro posts are AI edits that keep Bulin's moves, camera and audio and swap in someone unexpected: footballers like Lionel Messi and Erling Haaland, or the Handsome Squidward meme. Others use the sound for their own street freestyles and dance clips.
Why did Bulin 47 Dame Hombro Trend take off?
Dame Hombro spread in stages, which kept it fresh: first the freestyle, then memes, then AI face-swaps of athletes, politicians and meme characters, then tools that let anyone insert their own photo, according to Atardecer, which also notes that Bulin's body language mattered almost as much as his rhymes.
Then the story kept going. Bulin promised the official song once a post reached 10,000 comments, and it passed 40,000. Three days after its release, Dame Hombro topped YouTube's trending music chart in the Dominican Republic, and worldwide Google searches for the song ran at 14.7 times their earlier rate.
